Ryan Stevenson seals comeback victory for Partick Thistle over InvernessPartick Thistle fought back from behind to claim all three points against Inverness and move further away from the bottom of the Ladbrokes Premiership.It was the Highlanders who enjoyed the best possible start to the game when Miles Storey fired them into the lead early on.The visitors were pegged back when Kris Doolan levelled for Thistle before Ryan Stevenson climbed off the bench to grab a last-gasp winner.Goals have been hard to come by for the Jags and the win was only their second of the season at Firhill.Before the match kicked off, a minute's silence was held in memory of both former Partick chairman Brown McMaster and those who lost their lives in the Paris terrorist attacks.Once under way, Inverness needed just six minutes to seize the initiative.Danny Williams released Storey through on goal and he dispatched an angled drive beyond the reach of goalkeeper Ryan Scully and into the back of the net.Partick could have levelled when Callum Booth picked out Doolan in front of goal but his point-blank header was tipped over by Owain Fon Williams.Doolan passed up another chance from the resulting corner, this time rifling into the side-netting from 10 yards.Inverness had been unable to build on their fine start to the game but could have doubled their lead 10 minutes before the break.Williams burst through on goal but could not keep his left-foot shot on target, dragging just wide of the upright.Instead, it was the home side who levelled three minutes before half-time.Steven Lawless fed Doolan from the left and the striker was on target this time as he lashed home from the tightest of angles.Partick were clearly boosted by the goal and came close again a few minutes after the restart.David Amoo whipped a cross into the box for the onrushing Gary Fraser, who connected with a header that was straight into the grateful hands of Williams.Home supporters took part in a minute's applause on the 66th minute - McMaster's age when he passed away.And they were almost on their feet again moments later as Partick pushed for the winner.Robbie Muirhead slipped a pass to the feet of Lawless and he saw his shot blocked by Williams, before the goalkeeper tipped the rebound from Muirhead over the crossbar at full stretch.Just when it looked like both sides would have to settle for the draw, Partick grabbed the points when substitute Stevenson lashed home a cross-cum-shot from distance in injury time
