After what has been a couple of difficult days in terms of employment matters here, we are pleased to confirm that Club Physiotherapist George Hannah will be remaining as part of a full time set-up. George has been with the Club for over 2 seasons now and is delighted to remain here at Firhill.

"I am delighted to be staying on and hopefully can help to play my part in helping Dick Campbell to build for the future. It has been a very frustrating season all round but we have to look optimistically to next season and hopefully help to bring the good times back to Firhill."

Manager Dick Campbell had no doubts that a full-time physio is a vital part of the set-up:

"One area that I am not prepared to compromise on is the physiotherapy department. If we are to maintain a full time team then we do require a full time physio and George certainly is well trained in that field. I am delighted that we will have him back as part of the team for next season."

"I am very pleased that Alan's assistant Antonia Kerr will take over the role of Club Secretary. The Board have been very impressed with Antonia since she has been working here and has already a vast knowledge of football administration and I am sure that she will do a teriffic job in her new role."

Antonia is a Thistle fan of long standing and was delighted to accept when offered the post:

"I have always enjoyed working at the club and when the Chairman offered me the post, I was thrilled. I have a good relationship with the Chairman and the manager and I am sure that we can all work as a team to do the best for Partick Thistle Football Club."
