This Week At Firhill

After a disappointing 3-0 defeat to Motherwell on Saturday, the under 21 match was called off due to parts of the Firhill park being frozen.

It was reported during the week that newest recruit Jorge Cadete had done a runner but rumours say he is back at training and it was just a mix up that had caused him to miss a flight back to Scotland from Portugal.

Thistle co-manager Derek Whyte decided it was time to hang up his boots and retired to concentrate solely on his manager’s role. All at Jags-Mad wish Derek the best of luck.

The Jags have been in preparation for tomorrows Scottish Cup quarter final against Dunfermline at Firhill. The last time the sides met Thistle ran out 4-1 winners, a repeat performance would be…great. Thistle have top scorer James Grady out injured which is a major blow. Remember Season Tickets are NOT valid tomorrow unless you have not used CUP VOUCHER 1 at the back of the season ticket book yet. Prices for tomorrow’s game are £9 for juveniles and OAP’s and £16 for over 16’s.
