That was a very good workout with all players getting a run out. Their fitness level was very good and they were reasonably sharp on the ball. We scored a couple fo good goals early on and then managed to pass the ball about and although we didn't create that many more chances, we were comfortable with the lead.
It was a good chance to see the trialists in action and Wilkinson and Dowie in particular really pleased us although Richie Pacquette picked up an injury but he will travel to Cyprus and it will give us a great opportunity to assess exactly what he has to offer. We may look at concluding a loan deal for Andy Wilkinson in the near future."
