"Partick Thistle Football Club have come to an arrangement with Rangers Football Club to take 20 year old defender Jukka Santala on loan until the 31st December 2005. All the paperwork was completed this morning and it was hoped that Jukka would sign, however his agent in Holland wished to see the SFA loan agreement form and this has now been faxed to him. He advises us that he requires 24 hours to look this over and Jukka is expected at Firhill on Thursday morning to sign on with the Club.
Partick Thistle are one of the clubs hoping to sign James Grady from Dundee United. The Club have been in talks with both his agent and the player but we have been advised that he still has some matters to conclude with his previous club and he is unlikely to make a decision before Thursday."
